Lawrence Dry Cleaners North Parramatta

Would give zero stars if possible...Came here several times with two of my white business shirts. After the first visit I noticed that a stain remained on my shirt collar, the second time I dropped them off I asked them to pay special attention to get them out of both shirts, the third time I picked them up again and they were still stained! They told me it's not possible to get the stains out and that it would cost them extra to try!? I would be able to get it out myself at home, this is supposed to be a dry cleaner and they couldn't even wash two shirts properly and remove some collar stains. WILL NOT BE COMING BACK HERE!!!

Wow ..such poor and unprofessional service !I dropped off my work uniform on a Saturday and I was told it would be ready anytime on Tuesday.Upon arriving at the store Tuesday afternoonThe lady at the counter said that it wasn't ready.She then looked around the shop for it.After searching unsuccessfully.. she then told me that it had already been picked up.I told her that nobody had picked it up.She then searched again ..came back to the counter and said that it wasn here.I told her that a gentleman had served me on Saturday and asked if he was there.She called him and he then replied that my uniform was cleaned the same day tha I dropped it off.The lady then got into an argument with him and this continued for a little while.A couple of minutes later she had found my uniform but then told me that it was marked for home delivery.?I told her I made no such request and that I actually stated on Saturday that I would be back on Tuesday to pick my uniform up.After that experience I was left in amazement at the total lack of customer service.Won't be going back in a hurry if at all.

I dropped my coat and dress here in june. i m trying to call them and have visited their place so many times. It is closed or relocated. No one is picking up the phone . How unprofessional? I need my cloths back !!! Can you tell me when or how to pick it up ?

Called up to ask how much to shorten jeans she wanted to charge $30 what a joke everywhere else is $10. Please don't take your customers as been stupid

They haved moved to o'connell st north parra and they have a new dry cleaner there with 45 years experience. My wife took her wedding dress in and it was trashed and he made it look new and i took our doonas there and i have never got them back so clean best ever and my suits are just perfect and my wifes silks and linens just great. The best stain removers and they also do there own leather and suede. If you're looking for the best d/c you can't go past the north parr store opposite the old prison on the corner of O'Connell st and dunlop street. Parking at the front. for All specialty work ask for Gary.

0 STARS. I had to intention to leave my suit for dry cleaning this morning at, when I arrived on premises at 7:30am the store was closed. Yet the advertised trading hours for Mon - Fri is 7am. What good is a dry cleaner who does not open on time, does not bestow any confidence in the establishment. Will not be returning.

Great staff and excellent repair job on my jeans.
