Easy, genuine people to deal withI’m happy with the lock and it’s installationIt was not expensive because it adds value to my apartment and leaves me with an option if I one day so desired, to short term rent with Airbnb.All thanks to Nick who installed and explained the smart lock, and Vince and last but not least Genevieve who left me with a feeling of being backed up all the way.I highly recommend this company for smart lock installations

Fantastic and swift service, extremely happy. Ben was very on-time, very professional, and also able to assist you with any door gadget installation, such as I have a smart lock magnet sensor that needs drilling, he is able to assist that. Highly recommended.

Excellent service that was friendly and professional. They phoned when they had a clear idea what time they would arrive. They explored reasons for the fault and discussed options before actually replacing the old lock. Big advantages of this business are they have a shop front unlike most Locksmiths these days plus they have operated in the area a very long time. Highly recommend them.
