A thoroughly enjoyable experience, from start to finish, even though the bag is not yet finished...I ordered thd Guatemala single origin, roasted for Filter machine. I ordered on the evening of Feb 8th, received notification that my order was completed and dispatched on Feb 9th, and took delivery on the 15th. Dispatch from the Riverina to far north Queensland in 6 days, with a weekend in thd middle, not bad.The coffee was well packaged, in fine order, well protected in a box.When i opened the bag to brew my morning coffee, i was hit with the promisec fruity aroma, a very full sour cherry smell, very rich. I brewed the coffe in a drip filter, and the flavoursdid not disappoint. Initial flavour was still the rich sour cherries, which faded into chocolate cream overtones. Very smooth finish, very well balanced flavours, which showcases the skills of the roaster, as its a single origin, so the balance is in the roasting.Well done Full Circle! A triumph! I look forward to sampling your other blends.
