I went to lots of other jewellers and couldn't find what I wanted, yet here I found the most amazing ring and they're changing it to suit what I wanted. The staff could not be more friendly and helpful. I'm so happy with my purchase, that I have been back and purchased more jewellery. I was recommended to St Germain by a friend who got her engagement ring made there. I was very impressed by their range of jewellery and the friendly service. I have brought several pieces that i am very happy with. I am having a ring designed for my daughters birthday, they were able to do this within my budget and were happy for me to layby and pay the ring off, not many jeweller's will allow this unless you are spending a very large sum of money.I will be back and will certainly buy again, every time i walk in i see something else i love.

Went in to ask about a pendant I found, was wanting it to be inspected and told about the stones. A woman greeted me, barely even looked at it and bluntly told me it wasn't worth anything. No politeness and was dismissed abruptly.I have other jewellery needing to be fixed and some things created but won't be going back after that experience.

I have always shopped here, I have 5 granddaughters and they are absolutely wonderful to me.. friendly professional service. I have had rings made beautifully. The whole family is involved and a pleasure to deal with. They treat you like family, not just a customer. I have recently moved but still travel back for my girls birthdays

Had a glass replacement done here. Despite being advised that it will take two weeks, was ready in a few hours. Not the correct glass, functions which were working no longer work. I will now take the watch to a jeweller who might do a decent, professional service, unlike this business.
