Been there as long as I can remember, so they're doing something right. They have a great selection, and everything is of highest quality. Not the cheapest nut shop going around, but they're not trying to sell cheap nuts. Good selection of gift packages.

We came here for some christmas gifts for Dad but wanted to select our own products & have them packaged up. The staff were very accomodating with our request & made up multiple packages exactly how we wanted. We were very grateful & happy with the end result. Nothing was too hard for the staff there even though they were super busy with Christmas sales, they still took the time & care to make sure our order was spot on. We will definately return.

Just purchased some raw nuts and was served by a Julie. She was an older lady. I received some really shocking customer service and you could just see it in her face that she wasn't happy. I'm all about customer focus and unfortunately I won't be back due to the service I received today. I will also be telling other people. What a way to spread the grumpy vibes to everyone else...

Great place! I shopped here over Christmas and the staff were quick and well mannered even though they were very busy. As a former retail worker I understand how busy the Christmas period gets. All it takes is a little patience and you’ll soon be on the way with some scrumptious treats. Thanks again Charlesworth Nuts, I’ll be back soon!

The seller in the counter is not nice, grumpy almost want to throw the nuts in the weighing scale.its not busy the time i bought but seems like she doesn't like to served customer, Not even smile and no good customer service. Never go there again. I have no Idea why she works there.

Love the variety and value. Always fresh and tasty nuts etc. Auntie Helen's rocky Road is probably the best I have ever tasted it's my favourite.
