My most recent experience was very disappointing. I was very satisfied with my past experiences because she thoroughly prepped my skin and massaged my face to absorb the overnight cream into my skin. This time someone else took me in and she was very lazy with the treatment. She just dabbed the cream on and was done in 2 minutes. When I looked in the mirror, debris and mascara smudges were still on my face. Also, I appreciated that she removed my pimple but did not give any explanation throughout the whole process and was just surprised by the pain. If I paid $150 for each treatment, I would want the best experience... Next time I will be visiting another clinic at a different location.

Fiona and Natalie are sensational. 12+ months of dealing with skin concerns, Fiona was able to identify a possible solution and tried this out in our appointment - It's cleared my skin up so much, and I am so thankful. A true professional that ensures you feel comfortable and are aware of what is happening during treatment. Natalie is also sensational, knowledgabe and accommodating.

Noleen is the most amazing cosmetic injector I have met. She makes you feel comfortable does not push any other services onto you. I have never had any problems and keep coming back.

This Clinic and everyone there are amazing. The staff are all very thoughtful and knowledgeable about their treatments and products. Heather has done all my treatments that has made a massive improvement in my skin and makes every visit enjoyable :)

Treatment wasn’t what I expected, but Heather made the visit worthwhile. She was very professional and nice. She gave me the skin solution according to my concern and how to improve which is very helpful.

Natalie (skin specialist) is patient and knowledgeable. She is friendly and has great customer service. She is happy to answer any questions which makes me feel like I can trust her advice.

OMG I just had my first consult with the lovely Natalie this evening. I have to say I thought I knew a lot about looking after my skin but after talking with her turns out I knew little. Natalie blew my mind with her extensive knowledge and bedside manner. I felt quite relaxed and among friends talking about my embarrassing blotchy skin and how we planned, together how to tackle it. I felt she wasn’t suggesting a band aid fix that would keep me coming back to spend thousands but something that is manageable and not only skin deep. I’m so excited to start my skin journey and feel a little confident spring back in my step already!!

Being a busy mum I booked a treatment months prior which was $59 on special and upon booking via telephone this price was confirmed. Whilst recently rescheduling my original appointment this price was reconfirmed. I was looking forward to my appointment as I wanted to finally have some me time and my expectations were completely annihilated. Natalie and Fiona left me feeling humiliated, belittled and had no respect for my privacy. When I asked open ended questions about skincare to staff trying to diffuse the tension present I was met with attitude. I also was refused the quoted price or $59 and had to pay a higher rate. This experience has encouraged me to do my research and find a small business with staff who have basic customer service skills such as respect, tact, empathy and genuinely want to educate people who have little skincare knowledge.

I have been going to Clearskincare Norwood for about 6 years now. They have helped me so much with skincare routine and treatments to repair my skin. I have had IPL recently and it’s helped to lighten scars, smooth skin tone and stop my skin reacting to any creams. I have also tried pixel, face peeks and derma-pen.I’ve mainly been to see Heather and Natalie. They both are extremely good at helping me with my skin concerns. I used to get acne and have allergy reactions but it’s almost completely gone.I love the lightening cream and microdermabrasion with glycolic exfoliating scrub. I also like that they regularly do specials so I book when on sale.I have also been getting laser hair removal and after only a few session my legs hardly ever need to be shaved. I’m very happy with all the staff here not just the two I mentioned!The others staff I’ve seen are well trained and I can honestly say I feel safe to have any treatments done here.
