Not Your Average Cake Guys

Do not to business with this company.Booked our wedding cake with them more than 12 months out from wedding. Six weeks before wedding confirmed the order. Was advised no problems and they had moved locations closer to our venue.Four weeks outfrom the wedding they cancel our cake advising they are closing their business. It now appears they are continuing a business. Horrific customer service and liars to boot!The stress they caused us was huge and they couldn't even be honest.Just to be clear.... this was two weeks ago. Now they are suddenly back in business.

My daughters 1st Birthday cake was absolutely amazing.Great customer service, easy purchase with excellent suggestions for what works best with which flavours.It looked just like an Elmo toy.Will be using the guys again for our next celebration.

Outstanding. We ordered our daughters first birthday cake. It was very important to us and we had a very specific cake and design in mine. Gary and Ed were very accommodating. They made it exactly the way we asked for it and it was incredible. They helped make our daughters first birthday memorable. The cake was delicious to. Absolutely amazing. If you want a cake for any occasion these are the guys to go with. If I could give them more than 5 starts I would.

I can't recommend Not Your Average Cake Guys more highly. I used them for a client thank you gift and the client was so excited and enjoyed it so much I have now started using them for all of my client gifts as well as cakes for all occasions. My family and I are by no means 'cake connoisseurs' but opening the box resulted in gasps of 'it looks like a Real cake', 'is that a Real cake!'. Hard to come by these days is a traditional German Black Forrest cake and after discussing the requirements, I was told it wouldn't be a problem to create. Though perhaps seemingly simple as a cake 'without design' it was a great hit with delicious cream and the traditional placement of actual cherries within the layers. Sometimes a cake isn't just a cake, but a memory in time. It was perfect for my sister's 60th Birthday and was delivered to our door without hassle. Super good job Not Your Average Cake Guys x

Can’t recommend highly enough! Gary was professional from the initial conversation. He responded quickly and was genuinely enthusiastic about design ideas for both my sons and Husbands birthday cake! My sons Mario cake looked amazing we didn’t want to cut it! Not only did it look fantastic it tasted fantastic- my nephew and I actually don’t really like cake and we loved it. Was light, fresh and the perfect amount of sweetness. Not your average cake guys are exactly that: artists and talented backers. Can’t wait for my husbands cake! Thanks for making it so special for my son!

Nya cake guys are just fabulous! The cake made for our daughters 21+1 birthday was way more than we could ever have expected. The chef at our venue commented on how well made it was and that it was the best he had seen. Thank you for everything we really appreciate it.

My family and I are visiting Adelaide from Sydney for my mothers 60th and I was struggling to find a place that not only I could order remotely with no issues, but also have delivered to our hotel AND be egg and dairy free for my recent diagnosed allergic 1 year old so he could enjoy with the family. Well, NYA Cake Guys not only understood the assignment but knocked it out of the park!! Presentation, taste, cost, delivery and communication were 10/10!! The most delicious and stunning candyland themed cake ever! These guys took a concept and exceeded my expectations with a cake like no other my 9yo daughter and her friends (and parents) were in absolute awe!
