The handbrake of my Kia Rio wasn't working so I assumed the cable must have snapped. I left the car with the service in the morning and when they returned it I was informed I have nothing to pay as the cable was only suck somehow, not broken. Honest and professional car service.

Dropped off my Challenger for a day and got the timing belt and water pump replaced. Great job, done promptly and at the best quoted price. 100% satisfied!

One or some of the belts on our car were squealing after it not being used in a while (understandably). Booked in well it in advance (two weeks prior) before we flew from Adelaide to Darwin. Took them 5 hours to tighten the belt (they were busy, which is fine, we waited). When we picked up the car a worker assured us that the next day NO belt would be squealing, that they had properly checked the belts AND that they didn’t need replacing. The next morning we planned to drive an hour away to do some sightseeing. Belts start squealing again. There and back, they were squealing. We really questioned why they would be squealing after they’d been tightened and we’d been ASSURED that the problem was fixed and that they DIDN’T need replacing. We came back the next day around 1pm and asked them why they would still be squealing. First response by the mechanic was “we’ll have a look at it” and “it might need replacing”. This is what we got AFTER we were told they didn’t need replacing. Mechanic automatically got very defensive and only offered to “look at it” in his own time, to which we would have to fork out more money. He was rude, throwing his arms up and not willing to look at it then and there, which is what they SHOULD have done for paying customers. The worker we dealt with on the first day just rolled her eyes and turned her back on us, taking no responsibility after assuring us that the belts once again didn’t need replacing. The mechanic gave up on us, didn’t apologise at all, grabbed some cash and gave us a refund. Terrible service. Will never return. Customer service is everything. We were very reasonable and they dealt with the whole situation terribly.Steer clear from this mechanic. Their ONLY offer was for us to pay them more money for a service that should have been done properly in the first place. These guys seem like scammers, watch out.

My Prado fuel fill pipe split and leaked ULP when filling. The team at PKSC immediately identified the failed part, ordered a new one and had the car back on the in a reasonable time. Expected to cost more than it did. Would recommend PKSC to everyone.

Dropped my car off in the morning around 8am, had requested for the car to be finished early as my partner started night shift later that day and would be hard to pick it up... had received a call around 9.30am saying my car was ready!! Amazing service. very accommodating. very organized and neat. cleans keys before and after receiving them. Will definitely be going here for every service! highly recommend!! Thank you for the excellent service :)
