Great guys and clean happy boss

Not trust worthy people, all be warned.I visited because I had a bolt stuck in my tyre. Technician advised I needed a punture repair, so of course I paid and accepted and left. Upon inspection at home, I find the tyre never needed a repair, bolt did not even pierce the tyre????I then called them up, receptionist asked me to come in as they stand by their work? So I did, upon arrival, suddenly they had no tine for me and asked to come back and speak to someone else and on another day? So I simply left and told them what I thought again.Staff at royal simply offered me a refund to end this, in their words?All I asked for was the truth, and offered to pay them again to confirm my query and still, they were simply not interested and nor did they believe me.I built my reputation on trust, honesty and respect, May I suggest royal truck services take note of my values in hope they could apply them in their everyday business practices.Please see image below to confirm my point.Not cool, not trusted and I'm not coming back, neither should anyone else who simply wants honesty or any good work done.These people do not know how to look after customers.

Great truck wash. Did a great job on my truck, sat on the lounge while they washed truck even though it was quick. Guys were very friendly.Coming back with my double set of trailers next time as they said they did them however gotta say no room to swing set around to face gate for washing so it will be mighty interesting once I get there.

Called to ask for a second hand truck tyre, have been told they have plenty of stock.I came to Preston and paid for $115 ( $100 a second hand tyre and $15 of take away the old one ) .the price is already higher than usual. I normally paid $80 for all that things.However, they fitted me a tyre which has 30% of tread !!? which is unacceptable . I expected it to be at least 50% for a second hand one.Talked and sent the photo of the tyre to Adam, the guy who said he got plenty of stock, the day later and then he was just silent .Very bad experience with them this time. I had been a cust for 2 years . they are very nice and quick before you pay but after they payment, the after service is really bad .
