Loving this pub that recently opened up in Chadstone as a part of the new Social Precinct. Loved the atmosphere and the service was 10/10.Food was delicious but a little pricey. The rigatoni and parma was excellent, but the chips that came along with the parma were a bit soggy. Would also say the buratta was delish, but would have liked more flavour to it.Otherwise, it’s a fantastic place for family dinner or a bite to eat after visiting the Hijinx Hotel.

We walked around the new social quarter in Chadstone and decided to have dinner at UA Brewing Co. We didn’t have any reservations, but walk- ins were alright. My partner and I were initially seated at table 7, it was an intimate space seated outside, we didn’t mind it but thought maybe we might need a bigger table? But looking at the place, it was packed and busy so we we’re fine. Linda (manager) approached us and offered us a bigger space so we could enjoy our meal better. I was impressed with the staffs work ethics and restaurant culture as they were attentive, approachable and kind people. Since we changed tables, our food order seating needed to be updated, so the staff will bring the food orders to the new seated table. There was a bit of a wait that was probably due to their chefs’ attention to details regarding the steak’s temperature that needed to be right! Whilst waiting, the staffs and Linda in particular were constantly informing us about how long our food will be. Empathy and good customer experience were clearly the top priority for their patrons. Linda spoke to us and reassured us about our food wait time, she was so kind to offer voucher so we felt so taken cared for and I genuinely appreciate the kindhearted gesture. As for the food and quality, I can honestly say it was really worth the wait. The ambiance and seating were good, and their customer care was impressive. Overall, I would highly recommend UA Brewery Co and definitely will come back and bring family and friends- due to their attention to details (customer’s needs, food quality and presentation), their reasonable prices of their food and drinks’, good food quality & quantity, and most of all, the empathetic care and quality customer service led by Linda! It was the best dinner decision we made that night to dine at that place. Compliments to the chef, to Linda and all the staff of UA Brewery Co.Well done and keep it up! Thank you

Huge selection of beers on tap to try. Between two of us, we bought a paddle of 5 200ml samples for $28 each, getting to try 10 different brews (from larger to sours). Loved the idea of sticking magnetic logos to the paddle so we didn’t have to try and remember which beer was which.We both ordered a pizza, and this did not disappoint. The dough was baked perfectly and tasted great with the oil they used over the top. We thoroughly enjoyed our lamb and pepperoni pizzas. Absolutely stuffed by the end, would have loved to try some of the entree’s - there will definitely be a next time!

Got a few bad boys from here, popcorn chicken, calamari, steak tartare, meatballs and of course the drinks.Calamari could be a bit more crisper, felt like it sat there for a few mins, popcorn chicken felt the same. Meatballs were nice, but felt like it should have a bit more than 3 in there.Drinks were nice though, couldn't quite give it a 4 unfortunately. But great interior.Food: 3Service: 3Atmosphere: 4

The craft beers are fantastic, and the knowledgeable and friendly staff make the experience even better. The food menu is also great, with delicious options like pizza and burgers. Highly recommend this spot for a night out with friends

Six of us came to the UA Brewing Co at the new social quarter in Chadstone shopping centre. We ordered a bunch of pizzas, as well as sides, and a G&T tasting paddle. The food was delicious but very overpriced, which is reflective of the inflation in the current economy. Be prepared for massive surcharges when ordering, so don’t just trust the price displayed on the menu. Nevertheless, overall we had a great time at the UA Brewing Co and the atmosphere was really lovely in the new social quarter. Thank you!

UA Brewing CO is a new format taphouse from Urban Alley Brewing that has recently launched in Chadstone's Social Quarter.My wife and I are beer and food lovers and have been to Urban Alley's Docklands venue a number of times, so we very keen to try their new concept venue at Chadstone.We arrived at 6 PM on a Friday and whilst the venue was very busy, the staff were still attentive and friendly. The venue has a relaxing feel with a really nice fit out, the timber bar was a highlight.We started with a beer paddle, including a Hazy Pale Ale exclusive to this venue and two amazing barrel aged beers, the Barrel Aged Sour Ale with Blood Plum & Apricot was my favourite. We followed up with their NA beer, Red Ale and West Coast IPA, all of which were enjoyable. For dinner we had the chicken burger, orecchiette and calamari. All three dishes were generous serves and tasted great.I would highly recommend giving UA Brewing CO a go for dinner and a drink (they also have their own range of gins).

The Social Quarter at Chadstone is a new establishment where there are restaurans and the arcade for the whole family to have fun. We wanna to try out UA Brewing Co as the first dining experience.Service & Ambience [3.5]. We were early and was told only drinks available and have to wait till 11:30pm. Once the time is up, table is easily available and we sat down. We were told we can order via the QR code or go to the counter. The QR code brought us to a website which we can't order so have to go to the counter. We told the staff and he felt it could be the kitchen is not open yet. Wonder what is the link between the QR code and the kitchen?!Food [2.5-3]. Ok we didn't have breakfast and it was noon so starving. The food arrived not long, presentation wise - not the prettiest.Couple of comments - the burger meat is over cooked and burnt (refer to picture) it's tough to eat. The pizza we ordered, wonder why there are peas. It didn't go well with the overall taste. The calamari tasted good but just abit little. Surprisingly the best are the fries. Will we be back? Shall check out other restaurants first.
