I have been with Host Geek for 3 years now and I have not had any issues with their services. Covid did make it hard for small businesses like us, but Host Geek has been very good to us by advising on how to reconfigure and make it possible for us to move ahead and still survive through the pandemic. I am forever grateful to Host Geek for not treating me as just a customer, but as a partner in my business. Thank you so much. These guys debited my credit card 15 times for one hosting agreement (Fancy Geek) totalling over $5000.00 in overcharges. They will not pay it back. I've been on to them for months now to no avail. 10 years I've been with these guys. Unbelievable. My bank (NAB) and the NAB Fraud team are involved and now my legal team are as well. They will not respond to emails or messages sent via the hosting portal. I've moved everything to VentraIP on the recommendation of my web designer. DO NOT use this company. Others have had similar experiences. Read other feedback. 15.12.22 update. After posting this review my bank has managed to recoup 11 of the 15 overcharges. And then the billing team reached out with the first apology I’ve had from them. They asked me to remove this review and that doing that would expediate the resolution of the rest of the overcharges. How very kind. I said I’d remove the review if they resolved the issue. 2 weeks on from that and still nothing. Unsurprising and unprofessional. 7.10.23 update. Still no response from these guys. Ive given up. Got most of my money back via the NAB Fraud Team although they could only refund the last 120 days of payments so Ive missed out on 4 refunds that went beyond that. I dont care. This review is worth the difference.

My VPS service with Host Geek has not been anything but fantastic. The level of service that was given to us by the Geeks has been unsurpassable.
