Ordered and paid for express postage. Received nothing and no reaponse to emails had to ask PayPal to step in for refund

First time I ordered from here it took over two weeks for them to even ship the items, take into consideration shipping delays, it was a month before I got the movies. I thought perhaps it was mostly pandemic related and ordered again recently. Again, no shipping updates after nine days. I attempted to contact them both via their chat feature on the page and via email to find out when the items would be sent, with no response. I ended up having to lodge a PayPal dispute and get my money back.
