Beautiful and very professional haircut, colour and blow dry. Natalie has always done a terrific job and is on time for appointments. I have been a very happy client for many years.

Good salon and ran on time. The staff member Jess was friendly and understanding. The only reason I gave them 4 stars and not 5 is that I found it to be a bit overpriced.

Just had my hair styled by Candice. Not only did she do a wonderful job but she was extremely accommodating and approachable. Cost was very fair and I would have expected to pay more for the service. Excellent job! Definitely recommend

Natalie has been cutting & colouring my hair now for nearly 8 years. If you’re fussy like me you’ll be very happy with any of the staff at Soho. I can highly recommend this salon for their professionalism, highly experienced and friendly staff. Best Salon on the Gold Coast!

Mia is Highly unprofessional and extremely rude. The business advertised selling a barbers chair and required cash only payment when I drove over an hour to make payment the owner wasn’t there and Mia (older blonde lady) told me she wouldn’t accept my cash deposit and that I couldn’t leave the shop despite not collecting the chair it was merely a deposit because I have sedan and had to organise transport the following week- and told me it wasn’t her problem and not to leave until after she spoke to the owner- and refused to read the conversation where he approved my deposit and left the chair until payment in full had been made. Highly dramatic to say the least for a simple Facebook market place post and infront of clientele. Unprofessional and unbecoming Ps. Mia is not an employee rather hires a chair and makes such derogatory comments in front of clientele. Buyer beware. Also last I checked it was illegal to force someone to pay via cash only- drove an hour for nothing and no apology. “Crazy *****” as said by the owner.
