Its a great software that is really filling a gap in the industry and doing it quiet well. Packed with functaionality that caters to most, if not all, functions of small and medium sized builders. Constantly adding more functionality. Very reasonably priced too.Reading other reviews, support seems to be a hit and miss. But we have always received excellent support. So have a couple of other builders I have spoken to . Dan, Matt & Kate have been a great help.

we use build exact as the work horse to run our construction business, conducting renovations, extensions, new builds and drafting.We have attempted to use mutiple systems in the past and have found buildxact to be perfect for our needs. As a Construction Management student, I logged into the Buildxact for a trial and after searching the internet to find what platforms are out there to use in the industry.During the course we used Costx for take-offs and it is not user friendly!After a few hours of learning my way around the site, discovering capabilities, integrations available, and the overall ease of use - especially with take-offs - this is the perfect CM package for any builder out there!I registered for a few different trials of various platforms, and Buildxact platform by far the best, most cost effective and easiest to use/learn.

The customer service is terrible. There have been issues with our invoices that seem to be a program error. I have been trying to contact customer support for 2 days without avail. This is holding up an urgent progress claim and placing unnecessary pressure on the business and ability to claim funds. There is no number to call, no sense of urgency, and no prioritisation of requests. This makes it very difficult to operate in an efficient manner and continues to expose the business to risk. This causes financial strain when our clients cant process our invoices because of a system error.

The lack of customer service makes it really hard to rate this app highly. There is no instant help desk, you have to wait a minimum of 5 hours for a response, but in most cases, 24 hours. This makes it very difficult to run a business. More time invested in technical support and a mobile phone app would make buildxact more user friendly.

When working software is good but if anything goes wrong you can not contact someone via phone and the online wait is 4hrs, when running a businesses waiting 4hrs to log into your account is ridiculous
