Thank you all so much for everything. My car broke down late at night on the mountain and these guys came picked car up fixed it and even brought it all the way back up the mountain. Made the entire experience pleasant from the first point of contact till the end. Thank you

For complete peace of mind, these guys are your best friend.We were driving back to Melbourne when a snowstorm hit Mt Hotham and the Great Alpine road in Mid-November!! Our car lost traction on the uphill 100m away from the Snow Plough depot.We decided not to risk it in increasing whiteout conditions and turned back towards Mt Hotham. Visibility got worse and the roads started to ice up even more as the storm slowly built up. Found a turnout where there were other people waiting on the side as well.RACV Bright were lifesavers in sending up a tow truck to both of us so that our cars could be brought down below the snow line for us to continue our journey. Shout out to our tow truck driver Damien, and the lovely lady who manages the RACV depot for helping us out.

I usually do not leave reviews but had to do it this time for Bright Automotive (BA).Long story short, BA had replaced starter motor for my car more than a year ago when our car broke down in Bright during holidays.Recently, the starter motor failed again under warranty in Melbourne. When I called up BA for warranty claim, not only they promptly organized the replacement part to be sent to my mechanic in Melbourne but also covered most of the labor cost to replace the part - which in my view was manufacturer's responsibility.I can't thank enough for the professionalism and extra care !!!!Wish every business were like you!!!!

Huge thank you to our lovely driver who came and rescued us and our 4WD at 10pm on a Sunday night. She was professional, patient and good company whilst driving us to Bright. I felt terrible but she had me feeling much better about the situation by the time we got there. Thank you N. (I deliberately won't post names)

Just wanted give a shout out to Craig who got my frozen diesel flowing and me back on the road from Falls Creek last night.He was super helpful, very quick and had just a brilliant attitude. Complete legend.We were truly impressed.

I was assisted by Jacob when me and my partner broke down in Bright. We could honestly not recommend Bright RACV enough. We were dealt with in a prompt and empathetic manner and do not know what we would do without them. Sheryl was wonderful as well. If I were to ever break down again, I would hope it would be in Bright as I know I would be looked after in the best way possible. Jacob also towed our car back to Melbourne, his assistance was invaluable.
