The library is very nice, very pleasant. There's a dedicated area to study. There's explanation on how to use the new covid app in the hallway. Very handy. I found the temperature was a bit low inside.

Always enjoy my visits to busselton Library but some users are very noicy.They speak very loudly and freely engage in long loud discussions. some even use their mobile inside the library without considering to step outside to make their calls. Some even speak with the speakers on.I think the staff is too nice and friendly to tell those people to shut up. The staff is really veryfriendly and helpful .

Sadly, for us, the updated Library has lost its appeal!Loved it when the children had their own space.Just too clinical, which is what is happening everywhere.Not a pleasure to be in now.

Went there today to print and scan document ,.instructions not easy to follow asked lady at desk for some help several times. She was less than helpful, very quick instructions and left. Asked another lady she said she would be back in a minute but never came back. We left and managed to get it done elsewhere. We were not impressed being tourists.

I love my library! It’s welcoming, well stocked, staffed by legends, and there are a multitude of spaces for people to sit and read or study. It’s a place for all ages and all members of our community, so there’s sometimes a noisy band of kids or adult students discussing their coursework, or an elderly fellow napping over a newspaper in the corner. Bring headphones if you want silence, or go with the flow of the quiet and busy periods that are a natural part of a thriving community library.
