Leslie was great, I gave him all my PC specs, explained the problem and took my PC in. He had diagnosed the problem before we first met and while I feel a bit clumsy about the root cause he was totally cool about it. Highly recommend taking your PC here for repair, don't risk an important asset when you think I can repair this myself!"."

Lesley has been repairing my computers for over 5 years.Always provides the best possible solution and options if available and frankly I'd be happy to pay him more but he never over charges. He has never misled me in any way and I've always been completely satisfied....Got a light?

I had problems with my laptop. I am very satisfied with the service. Unfortunately the problem could not be solved, but the contact with Leslie was super friendly & helpful. Since he couldn't solve the problem, I didn't have to pay anything even though he spent time researching. What a great service. I am very grateful for it and can wholeheartedly recommend IXL Computers.

For the price, the service is above and beyond at this place. Lesile is very knowledgeable and a delight to deal with. He gave me a no BS fixed price for the service on the phone and did extra work for free. I can think of 3 other ways he could have made more money out of me but he didn't, what a nice guy ;)It was pleasure meeting you Lesile and best of luck!Also, thank you so much for being in my area!!
