Amazing building architecture and contemporary art collection and view of city from top floor, guided tours for groups with excellent morning tea.

Our first time in a private art house, and what a marvellous experience. Art, architecture or design enthusiasts, or those who are curious and looking for an experience different to a public gallery, will enjoy this fascinating private gallery museum. Owners Leah and Charles are warm hosts with evident passion and great knowledge about art and architecture. Their talks were informative, enlightening and very engaging. Previously I had limited interest in abstract art, but our visit has changed my view; there were so many exciting works on display, and in a beautiful and intimate setting. Delicious refreshments were included. Exhibitions change here so I expect to return again and again. Highly recommended.

Phenominal insight, was provided in a talk by the gold medalist architect Sean Godsell , to his commitment to the design process. JAHM is a unique sanctuary to experience creative minds at work and explore a beautiful art collection. I visited JAHM recently for the Art & Gender exhibition and discussion. I thoroughly enjoyed the experience which I found stimulating and thought provoking. I also loved the opportunity to experience the artworks in the owners’ private apartment where we all shared delicious refreshments and further chatted about the exhibition. Charles and Leah Justin are great hosts and I highly recommend a visit.

JAHM is a real treat for lovers of contemporary art. The building itself is a work of art! A jewel in the middle of Prahran.

Beautifully designed house of art, great hosts and interesting lectures about the artist and its work.

Get in 2-3 times a week for a private tour about 25 people ends with a tea at the house. There is lots of interesting exhibitions and unusual ones as well. It is all very engaging. You can book online. You will not disappointed.
