Might need some customer service training for staff. Staff today came across as quite unfriendly

Amazing customer service and quality bags.

They said they were open until 5.30pm. I arrived at 5.15pm they had closed refused any sales. I completely understand but they shouldn't have promised me they would be open until 5.30pm when I rang them earlier in the day. All they said to me was sorry you'll have to come back tomorrow. Unfortunately I work business hours and coming back tomorrow is impossible. They didn't offer any resolution e.g put the bag aside so I could collect it another day. I rang earlier they said they only had 1 left and explained they can't put sale items away which I totally agreed with. But she promised they would be there until 5.30pm and was certain it would still most likely be sitting there as it hadn't been a popular item for their store. I really wanted to get it for my 9 year old niece who is stuck in Victoria lock down for her birthday it had sold out online and only 2 stores in Adelaide had stock. I wish I had of drove the hour to the other store maybe they would have been opened until store trading times that are on the door and website.

Not a bad shop, but poorly laid out. It seemed very cramped and didn't promote a good shopping experience, also a lot of the stock was similar to each other which eliminated the veriety that the city location has
