I am very disappointed with the customer service, disrespectful.A staff member at Cranbourne Centre was extremely rude. On Thursday July 8th, I went into to buy two hand bags.The staff member, short older lady with really short blonde hair, maybe in her late 50's was behind me no social distance. She was right there looking at me I was uncomfortable so I turned around. She then started looking at me up and down and said Um HOW OLD ARE THOSE BOOTS? Really rude voice and a bad look. I said um a few years why, she responds with yeah I thought so, I can tell. I was only wearing $300 coat and a bag I just got from that store last time, but she felt the need to pick me apart. I had realised she had been behind me the whole time staring at me. I buy alot of clothes and bags not anymore. She was so unwelcoming. I put the bag back the one I was about to buy any second and left. I will never forget the face she gave me and they way she acted. You should never comment on people's clothes. Unprofessional, terrible customer service, she has always seemed a little rude but today was to far. I don't know how she got that job or how she keeps it.

I can't recommend this store anymore when this staff nember is on.I went in there today after lunch and it was a mess, the store felt unorganized and had missing items on the shelves. It just didn't feel like it normally does when I walk in.I had to ask for assistance as i was not greeted. I was looking for a bag for my wife, but was met with someone who seemed flustered and like I was interupting her.After I was served by Olivia I felt she was out of her depth and I had wasted MY time.In the past the service I recieved was excellent and nothing was a problem whether it be getting down luggage for me to look at or helping me choose the right item for my needs. Not today. I hope she was just a fill in because next time I am just going to keep walking to the competition if I see her working.The regular staff are excellent.

The lady that served was so nice and helpful and couldn't do enough to make sure she provided great service

Poor customer services, don't feel comfortable shopping there, they treat everyone as if we are shop lifters.

Poor customer service I went to buy some handbags and wanted to use Strandbags gift card. The lady at the counter advised that gift cards can’t be redeemed for items on sale. I bought the same handbag online using the gift card and it worked.The customer service lady at the counter on the store needs some training.

The two ladies who were working today Fri30/12/22 @5:52pm were very friendly, pleasant, patient, helpful and had excellent customer service. I give them 100%Thank you for everything!!

Very disappointing customer service today.I was in the shop in Cranbourne with my daughter, I purchased a bag no problem.Then my daughter decided to buy a bag also ,so she was busy with her baby so I went up to the counter to buy it for her,there were two other customers looking at different bags on the shelves,then the other lady was looking at the bags that she was looking at,all the while i am standing there with a bag ready to buy it.But instead of saying excuse me ladies whilst your deciding on bags i will just serve this lady ,no i just wait and wait with my daughter and baby ......Then the customer says oh sorry i think i will leave it today....lol .....my daughter looked at me and said let's go mum ....honestly if it was me and I couldnt decide which bag I wanted ,I would have said serve that lady as I cant decide just yet " What is the world coming too? They wonder why people are buying online !!! Maybe some day I wont be polite and say what I really want to say !"

We went to Strandbag , Cranbourne a few weeks ago to purchase a luggage, Staff (Olivia) provided the best assistance, she was very helpful, great friendly service and definitely we will return!

Rachael, Kim and Team are very friendly and professional. It is the only Strandbags Store I shop at. They deliver excellent Customer Service.

Great customer service. A good selection of bags and wallets. I was after a moderately priced wallet and was able to find one without too much fuss. Even though the shop was busy, the ladies helped me out when I needed it and got me in and out quite quickly. Very good experience.
