As a tenant, I would be very careful renting through this agency. Never have I ever encountered such a horrible agency. Bully tactics, and harassment. Be very very careful. Would not recommend to anyone.

What can I say..... Karen and Ellie were a pleasure to deal with, from the moment we viewed the property we knew that is where we wanted to rent. The whole process from start to finish was excellent, they kept us updated on moving in dates. They went above and beyond any other rental companies we have dealt with. When we came to vacate the premises we used their recommended cleaners and pest control. Nothing was ever too hard for them and always had a smile on their face. I will be highly recommending both these professional women to family and friends. Anybody wanting to rent through Stand Out I highly recommend.
