I had the most amazing experience here! I visited the store and had makeup specialist Shaun! Shaun was so kind, professional, knowledgeable and helpful throughout the personal 1:1 lesson. I learnt how to do a smokey eye, and got colour matched. I also learnt how to professionally cover my tattoo! Shaun took the time to show me the process behind each skill and direct me to the products I needed. Thank you so much Shaun and Kryolan! I cannot wait for my next lesson!

I did the Personalised makeup lesson at Kryolan Darlinghurst with Steph! Steph was so lovely, attentive and made the lesson so much fun! I learnt a lot of tips and tricks and Steph chose gorgeous products to do a day to night look with. Amazing service and products! The store is a very clean and bright space! Thel is an absolute treasure! He is so knowledgeable, so welcoming and so much fun.Having spent over 50 years in the theatre world, using Kryolan for the most part, I use it as my everyday makeup now… and Thel’s expertise has been life-giving!

I went to Kryolan with my girlfriends to get our makeup done for my hens. Thel was amazing to communicate with and a very talented makeup artist. We also had Sean on the day who did a brilliant job. The vibe was so fun as we sipped champagne, laughed and watched each other get glammed up. Highly recommend!Also should make note that the price for our full face of makeup was redeemable in product and the products are amazing!

I usually write reviews that are to the point but this one deserves time and effort. I cannot say it with enough emphasis how Thel and Shaun are some of the best humans I have ever met in the makeup industry. They both are lovingly kind, funny, intelligent yet humble and outrageously beautiful people. I did not know I would be getting a masterclass in makeup when I went there to just purchase few items. Thel and Shaun did not try to just sell me a product and get a sale, they explained to me the idea and essence of Kryolan and taught me soooo much!! Thel made a custom foundation palette for me and my clients. They both are super passionate about what they do an deserve recognition.I have never experienced customer service like this before, I am more than impressed and will be a lifetime customer. The guy that served me was incredible. He patiently explained application of product and made me feel at ease. Product is as described, however did not mention the cons i.e. how the concealer peels. 5 stars is for the experience minus 1 star for not mentioning the peeling of product.

Thel did my makeover for NYE and was absolutely outstanding. His service and attitude was amazing. He made my mom and I feel beautiful. Even with a glitch in our online booking, he made us feel like a priority and was just the best! Deserves 10 stars!!!
