Good Price on Phone Screen replacement. Shops in Brisbane City CBD quoted significantly higher amount than what I paid here. Their customer service is excellent.

I have been coming to JSL for a while as I tend to break my phone a quite a bit.However, I'm going to stop going to them now. I went in today expecting the same as I've always had a deal that within a timespan (blank) they will give a discount for a screen repair. I expected the same today but I was told it wasn't going to happen and instead that I would have to pay $250 as it was a Saturday and the screen wasn't in stock. That is highly understandable and not why I am giving 2/5 stars.I went downstairs to Casphone who told me they don't also have my screen but to go to Indro to their other store who which they can help me. As I went they told me $108 to fix it today. Amazing work. When I received my phone back the repair man showed me all this red glue tape which was on my phone. He explained to me that this was very poor effort from whoever fixed my phone previously and that it also blocked the antenna of my phone to receive communication.As a university student studying a degree in I.T. I am not highly surprised that there would be a phone repair company who would do this but did not expect JSL.I cannot give 1/5 stars as in the past they've been nice to me and I highly respect that. But today wasn't good. The service was poor and to be told that the repair was horrible even though they say their price was $250, I would really expect better.

I came to the store and I have been served by a smiley sales person ( Tara).. she gave me some good advice and I bought a phone cover from her.

Tarah was very nice replacing my screen. Compared to a fraction of a brand new screen I really can’t complain. Staff were very nice and had the screen replacement done in about 20 minutes. Definitely worth it.
