Today I decided to buy my first bike helmet. I was quite unsure of what to look for. However, once I walked in, Dave (milky) greeted my partner and I with a big friendly warm smile, letting us know that he’d be able to help us out today. He wasn’t pushy nor a typical salesman, and rather a friend. I was very happy with my purchase but even happier with Milkys customer service, and will be returning to him if I need to every make another bike purchase.Thank you Dave.

Great store with really friendly knowledgeable staff, I went in with a friend just to look at helmets and try a few on and was lucky enough to be served by Reece. He was friendly funny and really knew his stuff and helped us pick the right helmets without any up-selling or pressure. We will be back.

Was told 2wks turnaround for seal replacement on a Shoei helmet under warranty, and the friendly staff even offered to clean it when it came back from the supplier. Called at 3wks as we hadn't heard anything and was told the helmet was in Japan! Called at 4wks and was told 'not sure where it is, but should be back by next week'. At 5wk mark my partner went in person to ask where his $1200 helmet was...and they found it dusty on the floor behind the counter. At NO point were we ever called and updated! No idea how long it was there for, or if we would have ever received a call! Very poor customer service, when all previous visits and purchases were awesome.

If your looking for range in products road trail or dirt, this is the place. Really good pricing and helpful staff too...loads of parking, just don't leave riding gear outside as a lot of theft in the area... misso seen a helmet stolen from bike outside... but that wasn't the stores fault clearly. And they helped out handing over video footage. Good ppl!!!
