Steve and Lorraine replaced my bore and did a great job for a very good price. They worked very hard on a very hot day.Lawn back nice and green again.Great communication and service.

DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS. I wish I had read some of the google reviews before I decided to use this reticulation company. Sadly I was ripped off once before and made the mistake of asking them to come back - I just wanted a few small things done and I shared this specifically with Stephen. On the phone he quoted $80 per hour plus $80 call out fee so I figured for $160ish I could get the job done. After a few hours of two people working on things I started to worry and asked on numerous occasions how much it would cost, he kept avoiding the question and eventually hurriedly answered with $80 per person per hour. IT IS NOT $80 per hour, it's $160 per hour plus the $80. Our final bill came to $1100 for a few minor repairs. I also flagged my disappointment with him about this and received no response - not even an acknowledgement. Very bad business practice. Suffice to say I will not be using him again BUT I will also be telling all my friends and family about it so that none of them will fall into the same trap.

No option for half a star!!!!!Not Vini's Reticulation - call them RIP-OFF RETICULATION!!!!!!!!!No job too small - no bill too big!Don't/won't give quotes!Always plan to make at least 3 visits! Start the clock when they pull into your drive - with a call out fee!! So that's $240 at least for one hour while they discuss your retic needs!!Turn up late constantly and/or forget what day it is!!Don't worry - they won't forget to bill you, even for their smoke breaks!!Stephen likes to chatter incessantly - at your expense of course!!You have to pay $160.00 per hour for 2 guys, whether they are both working or not!If you don't mind spending $5,000 - $6,000 for basic reticulation call them!!!!!!PS They haven't updated their webpage for years, they are not even in Dianella anymore and remember they DON'T GIVE QUOTES!!!

These guys are the types of business that you read about that won't hesitate to rip off the elderly .They were called by an elderly Lady as she just needed a couple of sprinklers replaced on her front verge and he proceeded to charge her $1600 to do the jobPlease be warned these people won't hesitate to rip people off
