If I could do minus stars I would. We had someone come out to diagnose and quote to repair a couple of aircons. We waited weeks for a report and quote and received nothing. We called several times trying to find out what was happening and were always fobbed off with the promise of a return call. We never received that call. After two months of un answered calls we had to go with another company. Now many months later they have sent us a bill stating that they came out there so even though they were unable to quote for repairs in a timely manner we were still required to pay for thier attendance. Extremely unreliable and unprofessional.

My elderly mother who is a pensioner receive a bill for $132 for a 10 min job of changing batteries in a remote and changing the settings in the remote of the split system AC. $132 for something that took less than 10 min. It is the first time she has had an air conditioner like this so was obviously unsure of what the issue was. I called the service to enquire why the bill was so large. I was advised that this was a flat fee for a call out for a 1 hour job.This is just appalling. blatant daylight robbery of the vulnerable in our society. I will be crossing this small business off the list of people to call on. And certainly will not be using them to install further air conditioners in her house.reply.I was not present on site to provide a good reference" I am operating remotely and assist my mother with her finances- bill paying. Completely understand charging for services but $132 for 10 min and 2 X AA batteries seems way over the top."

Great at what they do. We had very specific needs with the system design for our building and Empire were excellent in determining our needs. Very professional and proficient.
