We went here to get raw food for our cat who is unfortunately allergic to multiple different foods. The store owner was incredibly helpful and could provide good advice about what to try. Huge selection of different meats, good quality and preservative and additive free. They also go to painstaking lengths to avoid cross contamination (eg cleaning all the equipment between meats which is beyond what usual pet meat stores or even human butchers do) so this is a great place to go if your dog or cat suffers from food allergies. Best pet meat store we've found in Perth!

Be wary of what you buy!I've purchased two batches of complete mix 80:10:10 (Receipt #1603-1980 & Receipt #1408-6875) and have been really disappointed with the quality of product.I feed both my dogs this product twice daily after switching from another competitor. One significant change that I've noticed is that their poo became whiter by the day and it us up to a point now where they both struggle to poo.I sent Boy & Bear an email on 3rd January 2022 to get advice on what I should do but have not heard back since.I think there's a clear false advertising from Boy & Bear Pet Supplies and it is not fair to rip your customers off.

Have been to BnB twice now to grab various meats and mixes for our two dogs: one has allergies and the other is picky, so a little bit complicated.The owner was super helpful both times, even though the shop was quite busy he was very patient and took his time going over everything and selecting the right products. He is extremely knowledgeable about the products and impacts on our dog's diets.I am happy to report that our dogs have loved the foods so far (have tried a medley of proteins and mixes). The one with allergies is doing much better (low allergen mix and also single protein), and the picky eater loves the meals as well. It's been about 6 weeks now, so we will be continuing to feed them BnB raw food. Paying a little bit more for top quality food is worth it to have healthy and happy puppies.

Great range of healthy raw novel protein options, well informed staff. Nice little business, mini shopfront, great online ordering/ delivery service. My dog LOVES that I learned about this place!

We have been customers for nearly 2 years until now when we struck a delivery issue (our error). Trying to resolve this we encountered a customer is always wrong mentality.The result, over $300 in food down the drain, no solution provided, all because they won’t allow drivers to call customers if there are issues with delivery.Will be giving the competition a go.

Having transferred our dog from top of the range biscuits to this incredible meet. Within only weeks our seven-year-old German Shepherd is more energetic and even the dry nose condition that he has suffered for years is fixing itself. Highly recommend going here if you’ve got pets that you truly love

Have fed the Turkey to my dog's for ages but it seems to have changed how I receive it. It used to come freshly minced in a big blue bag. You could just see the freshness. Now it comes in 5 kilo vac sealed bags, the product just doesn't seem the same in texture and colour. The main pain is communication, there's no way of contacting the shop. Unfortunately leaving me no option but to look for another supplier.
