I was the only customer in the office waiting for service. The manager was just on a call and would not be too long.Another customer entered, a gentleman. When the office manager was free, i expected to be served first. Neither the receptionist nor the gentleman customer informed the manager that i was first in the queue.Very disappointing in this day and age. I left having informed the receptionist that i had been first in the queue!
