The ladies at ribbon hair point cook totally got what I was looking for from the very first visit what I wanted for my hair long-term. I walk out every visit feeling amazing and the money is well spent. They really teach you how to maintain your hair, style it if you need help and never pressure you to buy products/services that you don't need.The products are all high end and my hair and scalp have been amazing.

This is my first visit at ribbon hair point cook and I was so pleased with the service.Going blonde and have tried multiple hair salons, none of previous places have satisfied me (either too pricey, not right colour, not right hair cut).However,Her customer service and skills are impressive. She puts your needs before anything else. I left the salon today with a smile on my face and locked down appointments for next 6 months.

I had normal men's haircut few weeks ago and was charged $60 by the man who cut my hair. The cut itself was good but I was very surprised by the price. I respect the hairdressers as artist so I do not usually complain but I still think the price is very stiff as this shop is located in Point cook, not in the middle of CBD. I will not go back. Honestly, I feel ripped off.

My experience at this salon was excellent. ribbon hair point cook is a lovely, friendly hairdresser who also knows how to cut and colour hair. I went from long hair to shoulder length, and the cut and colour was just as I asked. I have received many compliments and am very very happy. Definitely my new hairdresser!

I am very happy with my boyish style haircuts done by Julie today. I have been looking for my boyish style haircut in Point Cook for a while but I never have anyone done make me happy, so glad to meet Julie, she is very details and professional. Definitely will go back and recommend for friends.

I had Jay give me my haircut, and I have to say these guys are hands down the best in the area. skills are top-notch, and the service is even better. The staff are extremely friendly, approachable, and really knows how to make you feel comfortable. their attention to detail is unparraled and I cant recommend them enough.

ribbon hair point cook is the best of the best! She’s very fast & listens to what you ask for. I always leave that salon feeling very satisfied & happy. Not only are their services wonderful but the pricing for their services is so reasonable & cheap!
