I am very happy with the service from the audiologists here. I am so happy that they are now offering audiology here.

All the staff at Spec Savers Caroline Springs were a delight to speak with. They were very helpful, patient and obliging. Their assistance were very beneficial and insightful. Brett helped me choose bifocal glasses. He thoroughly went through the options which assisted me in purchasing affordable glasses. Thanks Team!Look forward to seeing you annually.

My sister and I went earlier this week and the staff were so welcoming and professional. Nasra in particular was super lovely and friendly in helping us select some new frames that suited our faces as well as match our style. She had so much patience and took her time to explain everything to us. We highly recommend her, and she’s definitely an asset to the store!

I have recently attended at the specsavers in Caroline springs and the staff were sensational. i had the pleasure of dealing with Ash, who was absolutely magnificent, nothing was an issue for her and she was lovely. I also dealt with Steven who was also very good to deal with. They helped me choose the right lenses for me and what I required. The turnaround was very quick and the glasses are perfect. Would not hesitate to recommend such a wonderful locally owned business. Great job Ash and thank you

Very bad experience at this branch.Had planned to get prescription updated and new glasses/sunnies made well ahead of foreign travel in mid-January.Had my eye test early December and picked up glasses after Christmas. Complained to the receptionist that something was off in the prescription but was told to give it a week to allow my eyes to adjust. Couldn't even give it an hour! Went back after a day and was told by the optometrist that she had put the wrong script in. It was around 2 points off on the left eye. She apologised for the human error" and offered to fix the situation for free (but wasn't it free anyway?) and to expedite getting my glasses re-done.Well

Really happy with the service of Specsavers Caroline Springs. The optometrist Sarah was very thorough with the examination and knowledgeable, and I am very happy with the assistance I received from Ankita with selecting the right frame and explaining what to expect next, was very informative.

I came into store just browsing, with the intent of possibly getting glasses. However some glasses were missing from the shelves and some were dirty with fingerprints and dust. I rightfully turned off, and I wasn't even noticed or acknowledged by the staff.
