Worst subway I have ever been. Girls are absolutely disgusting. Don’t know what exactly add to the subway, no smiles and rude. Feels like a zombie land subway.

Absolutely the worst subway we've ever had. There was literally no filling in the rolls extremely sparse.. Will never eat subway again.

That was one of the WORST customer service experiences I’ve ever had. Went in there around 2:30 and the girls behind the counter were just downright arrogant and rude. The store was disgusting and the food was horrible.

To all the people leaving negative reviews I really have to say that what else do you expect from a fast food chain? I go here as I work across at the hospital, and honestly the girls that are out front working are quick and efficient. Always a good sub when I get one :)

Service was amazing earlier today portions were spot on, bread freshly made, cookies were on point couldn’t ask for better service from the staff behind the counter, very polite and was met with smiles all way round

I come to this Subway nearly everyday as I work in the area. Lovely and very friendly staff. Best Subway in the area in my opinion.

One of the best subways I have been to!! The staff are all lovely, especially the manager Priya, who is so friendly to everyone! The coffees here are also amazing. The food is always fresh and tastes delicious. Keep up the good work girls x

I had an amazing experience visiting the midlands subway. Honestly one of the best subs I’ve ever had and the manager on shift, priya, was absolutely lovely. The whole store dynamic felt a lot smoother and more friendly than when I visited later last year in 2022. It’s an all round great place to quench your appetite.
