Read reviews and choose another practice. Dr would not write a sick leave certificate for 1 day. Felt judged even before i finished my request. Wont be back again.

This medical centre is ridiculous - when you call it says the trading hours are from 8am-8pm Monday Tuesday and Friday - here we are at 6pm and the medical centre has its sorry we are closed sign - despite having a Telehealth appointment during the day and making multiple calls to the reception to advise that the drs calls are going to the wrong number and chasing up the appointment - they just kept saying your next on the list.At 6pm still no call from the dr we came to the centre physically to see any other dr, despite a dr being there and no patients the receptionist didn't allow a consult, nor did they offer to make an appointment on Sunday even after asking if we can make an appointment for the weekend. The most uncaring receptionist staff - they could physically see their patient was wheezing and hear it on the call but they didnt help in getting the tele-health appointment through or allowing a face to face.

Had to wait half an hour for someone to pick up the phone. When they did, they just hung up!!! So rude and a complete waste of my time. They tell you to inform them when you’re running late or to cancel appointments but they can’t be available to answer your calls AND they have the hide to charge you $20 if you’re late for your appointment. Not acceptable.

Credit where credit is due. Consistent NEGATIVE reviews for terrible service, poor management of appointments....and well keep reading, everything is repetitive from each negative review. Incompetent staff is their strong point, of course do not forget Doctors & Management as they needed to be trained from the highest incompetence possible to ensure it falls throughout their team and practice.

Very confident knowledgeable and friendly staff, also very clean medical centre.My doctor (Dr Naser) is wonderful and caring, he listens to you.

The receptionists that work here are sick in the head. Talking down to my dying mother the second she walked in the door at Christmas when her usual dr was closed. Fine, you're not taking new patients cause you're understaffed, totally understandable. No need to be a total B#@&! about it.

Veryyy rude ppl and always IBooked earliest appointment a week ago. I still had to wait for over an hour to see a doctor.
