Spent a whole weekend here thoroughly enjoyed ourselves it was a last minute booking as another hotel screwed us over service was great being a former cleaner stripping beds and doin dishes is a show of appreciation thaks heaps we will be back

The room is ok. View is good from the balcony. The spa kinda works but makes having a shower less great. 500 metres to the pub and restaurants is great.

Good motel.Pros:Upon deciding that my mum will be coming with me, i called reception and informed them if they're able to upgrade me from a single bed room to 2 bed rooms. There was no charge.Ground level rooms are VERY accessible and safe with parking inside of the motel is available and spare parking lot right behind the motel.Beds are comfy. Room warm, didn't even need the AC.Location great. Close to multiple shops, restaurants and major centers as well as a short walk to the local harbour.They offer after hours self check in which is great. Room are very secure.Bathroom clean and new.Kettle and toaster was provided. As well as a microwave and a mini fridge. Mugs and plates are provided. But bring your own like we did just for extra cleanliness.Staff very friendly.Cons:Room was small, with limited in-room facilities. No sink outside of the bathroom's one which is very gross to clean your dishes. Room might need some improvements to modernize it.

Lovely little hotel. In a very nice area close to the water and the shops free internet is provided. The hotel it's self is just nice. I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone

Hell on earth!Pay $150 for a smelly old room with a lumpy mattress.So dirty, I have to assume they do not clean the room and it is up to previous guest to keep them clean.Rude signs everywhere in the room asking you to clean up or else pay $$. Very poor service.I have seen to multiple place with similar message but written in much nicer tone.Its like the owner lack basic customer service etiquette.You will probably see a rude snarky replied to this review.They were unable to be contracted to resolve payment issue. They will literally just ignore you for weeks.I had to report them to Booking and Fair trading for the unethical practices.Please save yourself the trouble and dont stay here.

The bed was like a lumpy rock, we could deal with that but the notice on the mirror advising that we would be charged a $75 fee if our room wasn’t left clean and with all rubbish in the bin took the cake. The rubbish bin was about 10 litres in size. Not to be outdone by the rubbish threat, the notice also required that all cutlery and crockery was to be washed. I don’t pay $250 a night for the privilege of washing the coffee cups in the bathroom sink. Not only is that unhygienic but I would suggest highly illegal. I’m now concerned about any potential infections that we may have been exposed to.

Ulladulla Harbour Motel
Had bins emptied every day that was the extent of service. We stayed for 7 nights bed not changed or made up even after requesting. Clean towels on day 3 and that was it. Bed was just a bed. Maybe ok for a night or two but for a week not so good. Mostly clean and tidy unit. Service was very lacking . No breakfast provided or available. Don't think we will stay again.
