We hired Kodiak Projects to renovate our bathroom, ensuite and toilet and are extremely happy with the completed job! We found Mark to be an honest, reliable and totally professional manager and tradesman. He is a likeable and knowledgeable guy, who bent over backwards to help us achieve what we wanted with our renovations. He did what he said he was going to do. He always turned up on time and he provided helpful advice on various aspects of construction. His workmanship was first-class. He was an excellent manager of other tradespeople who worked on the job and he showed great attention to detail at every stage of the project. We had Mark renovate our bathroom. It was old wooden and had a very heavy bath. Mark removed the cupboard in the bathroom to give it more room. He Installed a new shower, vanity, window and tiles on the floor. He even organised a portable shower for us during the renovation! Mark did an exceptional job removing the old bathroom and installing the new one. He was very connecting throughout the project so i knew i was going to get exactly what I wanted. I would HIGHLY recommend Mark and Kodiak Project for any future works.
