RATIONALE Flagship Clinic Armadale

My daughter purchased a $200 gift card from this company for a Kris kringle party that will not happen due to personal reasons. She called the company to have the gift card refunded as she does not use this product and was told that they will not refund the money under any circumstances but will consider extending the validity of the card. They took no notice of the fact that my daughter will not use this product. This is a warning for anyone who wants to purchase gift cards not to do it. You pay your money upfront and the company will not refund it under any circumstances, citing that it is their policy. Surely they can bend the rules - it is not as if we bought a product, used it and then asked for a refund? During this covid time, where everyone is trying to make the best of a bad situation, isnt is better to be flexible and help everyone out? I am really very disappointed and advise everyone NOT TO PURCHASE GIFTCARDS from this vendor.

Kaila and her new team member Shelby were my skin consultants for my visit at the Rationale store in Armadale which has a super luxe fit out and reminded me of a 5 star clinic straight from New York. Kaila and Shelby were professional when it came to giving me advice on skincare. Some of the things that they told me about my skin surprised me and I learnt a lot during my treatment, as well as recommending me some products that would improve the overall appearance and touch of my skin. Just from listening to their wealth of knowledge, I have learnt so much!They advised me on the impact on my diet. They found that parts of my skin was dehydrated and that I needed a higher intake of water. I would highly recommend Kaila and the team at Rationale Armadale Clinic and will be buying my girlfriend and mother a photogenic facial treatment for Christmas as I was completely blown away by the experience and the benefits of my treatment.
