Absolutely A* service from Hugo & Rita. Impeccable condition car seats for hire as well as high chairs and travel cots. Plus they went above & beyond to deliver me 2 extra buggies when ours was broken by the airline. And to top it off Hugo refitted car seats provided by hire car company when he noticed they were incorrectly fitted and therefore not safe. (rental car & seats were hired for us briefly by family so thankfully we didn't have to use their sub-standard seats for more than a few days). I can't recommend them highly enough. Thank you Rita & Hugo :)

Terrible communication. I called this Hobart branch numerous times to confirm booking which went straight to message bank every time. Finally confirmed only an hour before we were meant to get the seat and fly into Hobart. She sent my friend who was dropping off the seat an aggressive voice message. I would absolutely not hire from this company again. She then asked for extra money to come pick up the seat- even though it is a mobile site. Worst small business I have ever dealt with.

Rita was absolutely sweet from the beginning. Booking was straight forward and the car seat was fitted perfectly and ready for us when we arrived in Hobart. Very happy with the service and will definitely recommend them for hiring any baby products.

Rita and her husband are just wonderful to deal with. We booked 2 car seats and used uber carshare. For a little extra, car seats were delivered and properly installed on the vehicle where I picked up the vehicle. Had a great experience and highly recommend anyone renting a car with little ones to speak to them.

Rita and Hugo are fantastic people. Not only did they supply us with quality items for all our baby needs, they went above and beyond with ensuring our trip was a comfortable and enjoyable experience. From all the wonderful location suggestions we needed to check out, the road trip maps from Hugo to helping us lug all our luggage to and from the airport and car park.Highly recommend for anyone visiting Tasmania.
