A bit dodgy. Sold a laptop to elderly father with disc draw broken and other things obsolete system. Shame! Shame!

Replaced an iPad battery for my grandmother. The battery was done fine but there were issues with the touch screen with phantom touches that started as a rusher of the battery replacement. She took it back and they redid the screen, but the same issue was there. He removed and put back the screen again (for the third time including the original repair) but the issue was still there. She gave up on him in the end. Sounds like he was nice about it all and didn’t charge any extra but just be careful with getting him to work on iPads - might fix one problem and introduce another.
