I love the team here at Trava Health and my experience with them! :) They really have a great approach to customer interactions. They will try to help, they’re a super understanding group of individuals, there is absolutely no difficulties with them and they are very consecutive with the same kindness and welcoming vibes. Everyone who works at Trava Health are very friendly and knowledgeable, it’s so delightful to know them. I’ve heard from other places it can be a problem dealing with different work staff each time. At Trava Health they have the same amazing individuals who are so caring, dealing with you every time. They have a large range to choose from to meet my medical needs and help me by allowing same day delivery option, If I cannot pick up my medicine.

Terrible customer service. They won’t return your calls. They don’t provide e scripts and want you to get the product from them directly so they can charge you whatever they want. There are other places out there that provide much better customer service. That will provide you with an escript and the consultation fees are far less than this company. My experience with this company was terrible. Everyone I know that did deal with this company now no longer do.

I have been a Trava patient for about a year now, I was having second thoughts at first especially trying to find the right clinic for my treatment. Trava health was a great decision I made, really easy and simple to sign up, Dr Rimma and the Trava team have been there for me through this journey to ensure I receive the right treatment and medication! Dr rimma takes her time to discuss your options always and takes her time to listen and understand her patients needs.Thank you TravaHealth and team!It Has been a pleasure to be a patient here.

I have Chronic Pain and Trava Health have saved my life. Absolutely fanatics staff. Very educated in all aspects. Very high quality products that can be delivered or picked up. I’ve stopped opioids and Prozac and now just use the oil and flower. A real life saver.

Edit: Post a conversation with the manager of this practice I'm happy to say that my concerns were addressed in a manner I feel is appropriate.Thanks again to Natasha and Rimma for all your help :)The dispensary is very good, but when it comes to the doctors it's very hit or miss. I am consistently not being called on my appointment times. And the reception has not been very helpful in resolving the issue.

So what is this? Some new person starts and you think you have the right to reply to reviews in that manner? Won't let me edit so you will receive another 1 star.When I was your patient, you guys were good for the first 2 orders. 3rd time I tried to order, you took my money, then stuffed me around 3 times with your doctors not sticking to their schedule that they create! Rude staff, didn't once care to fix it until I said I was leaving and wanted a refund. MUCH MUCH better companies than this available literally everywhere.
