They run over an hour late for no reason and don't even apologize or let you know how long it would be the new reception at heatherton is rude and thinks she knows all about the private health cover but is wrong so you have to waste your time going to your health cover to get it sorted. The practice was much better run last year when they had lovely reception and never ran late. 12 months ago i recommend them to everyone now i tell people stay away especially with that rude unprofessional reception being the first thing you meet. The practice needs to back to its old ways.

They rip you off. They add unnecessary items , don't notify the cost before hand.The receptionist and dentists makes convenient mistakes" time and again.If you have queries of your treatment at any stage

Beware, absolutely terrible, replaced a filling, fell out, re filled it, was not smooth & was raised, used no anesthetic either.
