First time I've ever been shamed for having a disability. I explained clearly I needed the bags packed extremely lightly. Then she put two big bottles of soft drink in. After I told her I won't be able to lift that, she rolled her eyes and said really? It's JUST 2 bottles then scoffed" It might have "JUST" been 2 bottles

Online orders are frequently missing items, or multiple bags of items. While a refund is given for these, this doesn't help if the item is no longer on sale. Basically losing money thanks to their incompetence. Will be going through Woolworths in the future.

Ordered online for a delivery and didn’t even get half of what I ordered or paid for. Called customer care and received nothing but rudeness from them all night. They weren’t interested in my concern and told me to stop being ill mannered and rude when I asked for the rest of my order that I paid for to be delivered but did not help in any way. He contacted manager of store which did not contact me about the issue and then called back for someone else and got put on held and hung up on after explaining my concern. Now have to wait 2 days to get what I ordered redelivered. Not impressed! And won’t ever be going back to coles online or in store!
