The Dental Lounge @ Robina

All of the staff are amazing here, taking perfect care of every procedure from start to finish! Dr Kate and her assistants Eden, Shannon and Tiffany are very professional and strive to make your experience as swift and comfortable as possible, while Pam at the front desk will make you feel right at home and handle any and all administrative needs during your brief wait. Even after moving away from the area I continue to visit the dental lounge at Robina and wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else! My smile is brighter and my confidence is through the roof thanks to this wonderful practice, thanks so much dental lounge team!!!

Friendly staff, and was very impressed with Dr Katelyn, she went above and beyond in answering my questions and concerns, as well as informing me of every step in the dental checkup progress. Some dentists just do their job, but I really felt at The Dental Lounge they do take it a step further in providing the patients that bit extra with your time at the dentist.

Our family has been visiting The Dental Lounge since we moved to the Gold Coast five years ago. We’ve had a range of dental problems and have complete confidence in Dr Kate and her team. We’ve found the dentists to be gentle and genuinely care about our dental health and comfort during procedures and the friendly staff always make it a pleasure to visit.

I am petrified of the dentist. I grew up in an era when the U.K. NHS dentists used us kids as guinea pigs to practice on in the 1970’s. I find every visit to the dentist completely traumatising. Kaitlin, my dentist at the dentist lounge, deserves a medal for the service she provides me. She’s calm, understanding, sensitive to my needs and totally reassuring and professional. Worth her weight in gold and I couldn’t recommend her more highly. If I could rate higher than five stars I would. Thank you ♥️

I couldn’t praise this clinic higher if I tried. The staff understand the impact of dental pain and have been able to see me twice now with very little notice. I am quite anxious with dental procedures which feels like a thing of the past with The Dental Lounge. Dr Katelyn is amazing, explaining everything in detail-she is so gentle and wonderful at her job. I picked this clinic because of their reviews- they did not disappoint. Thank you lovely ladies!

I had to book an urgent appointment for my dad when he lost a tooth. I spoke with lovely Jessica who was so informative and kind. She liaised with Dr Katelyn who opened up some time to see him. Can't get over how lovely the whole process was. Dad raved about his experience when he was done too! Will definitely be recommending the practice to others.

A wonderful Dental Clinic. Dr Kate so helpful explained every step. Iwas ashamed ater knocking teeth out after a fall, but my smile was quickly restored. Nurse's and Receptionists kind and friendly, Thank you all so very much.

The exceptional level of care and compassion i recieved today made a painful dental emergency a stress-free and comfortable experience. The absolutely wonderful staff went over and above to make sure I felt safe and treated me with dignity and absolute professionalism. After many years being fearful of the dentist I have found a practice that makes the experience so positive, and The Dental Lounge will now be my dentist for life!

I am disgusted with the appalling service i received here. I am pretty sure my dentists name was angela (student dentist or first year). I came here in 2015 to get a tooth extracted and i was in there for four whole hours. Angela placed numbing needle on my gum for one second and thought that would be enough. The pain was unbearable and 7 years later i am still traumatised and get flashbacks. After sitting there in tears for 4 hours she recommended me to a dental surgeon that wouldve cost thousands of dollars. instead i went to broadbeach dental practice who applied the numbing needle correctly for two minutes and extracted my tooth within 20 minutes. If you care for your childrens dental needs do not send them here or atleast make sure you are not booking with angela.

5 Stars, deserve a million.I have had a massive fear of going to the dentist for years now due to traumatising experiences over the years. Starting from primary school where you would get taken out of class to go to the school dentist, I was terrified of needles so I would go through procedures with no pain relief. I continued to have negative experiences as an adult with dentists showing no consideration for my fears. I could not even walk into a dental clinic, I would turn the radio off when an ad for a dentist came on, it was pretty bad. Last year my son had been attending a dental clinic at Robina Town Centre, I spoke with a dentist there and explained my situation, I finally worked up the courage to make an appointment for myself. I paid for a check up and clean, they took x-rays and had a good look at my teeth, no cleaning was done. I was given a list of what needed to be done, including fillings and pulling out 3 teeth, I was also told my fear was so bad that I would need to be knocked out to have the work done. It was very confronting and overwhelming, as I sat crying I was told by the dentist well you knew it wasn't going to be good". I left in tears and was told they would call me in 2 weeks. A very long story short
