Highly recommend Value Hearing. I'm very pleased I made the switch from my previous audiologist. Staff are friendly and go out of their way to assist. Great after sales care such as free hearing aid check before expiry of warranty. Audiologists take the time to understand needs before offering appropriate solutions. Excellent value for premium service.

Value Hearing
Best ever!I've been wearing hearing aids for 25 years and decided to try Value Hearing for my new pair. The clinician Felix Ju was extremely thorough and used more advanced testing equipment than my previous audiologists. Value Hearing gave me the opportunity to try different solutions and I ended up changing the type of aids.I strongly recommend Felix and Value Hearing! They deserve six stars.

Having misplaced my hearing aids, I made a further appointment and was pleasantly surprised that the newer model was significantly cheaper than the ones I had lost. I am very satisfied with my experience at Value Hearing and the audiologist was very helpful, pleasant and knowledgeable. The aftercare for three years is now included in the price of the hearing aids which is a good bonus. i would certainly recommend value Hearing to others.

My mom had hearing assessment at Value Hearing in Chatswood. The result required her to have hearing aids. With the help of the audiologist Kate, she can manage the hearing aids. Kate is very professional and informative. She is so patient to explain to my mom in each visit. It is a very nice experience to my mom. Also, the receptions are fantastic and willing to help.

Excellent after-sale service, highly competitive pricing, that is Value Hearing.Been wearing hearing aids for more than 10 years I strongly recommend Value Hearing to anyone in need of hearing aids.Be prepared before visiting the clinic. Read Christos' Hearing Buyers Guide for Self-funded Australian, visit their website & watch them on YouTube. There is vast information there. If you are prepared, you can work with the excellent staff there to be fitted with the hearing aids that suit you the most.We all know clinicians' time is so valuable. Felix at Chatswood was so thorough & patient. He took time to answer any question you might have, kept fitting & adjusting until the best result.

Dr Paula was really patient and gentle with my ear wax management, I walked into the clinic feeling quite nervous but she soothed my nerves by reassuring me that it won’t hurt, she also explained the whole process to me clearly and tested the strength of my eardrums after the ear wax cleansing. The receptionist also served me tea before my appointment. Highly recommend this to anyone who experience a blockage in their ears due to swimming etc

I undertook extensive research on Hearing Aids before purchasing. I found Value Hearing and their pre purchase best practices guide very helpful and valuable. The Best Practice Guide includes a flowchart that every Audiologist should follow when fitting a HA. The publication gives the user confidence that your fitting process is carried out correctly as you know what should be happening.I dealt with Felix of the Chatswood NSW branch and highly commended them for their price competitiveness and competence.
