Mundijong Hair

Some 10 wks ago I made an phine appointment to to add a few more blonde foils and root colouring to my hair. This treatment was to continue through with previous colour treatment and blonde foils, undertaken some 8 weeks previously. I was so pleased with that colour treatment at the time. The first hair care I had undertaken in some 10 yrs. My husband had purchased the 1st treatment as a birthday treat to be followed through 6 wkly.I was quoted $182.00 for 2nd treatment which was emailed to me soon after ph appt made.Imagine my disappointment when I turned up for 2nd treatment, and my instructions for root colour only and extra blonde foils not followed through. Instead I had 1/2 head of foils placed apparently and my hair was re:coloured, I didn't have warm towel conditioner treatment, but I had toners which darkened my hair and dulled foil colouring. I didn't question hair dressers application of colour etc because I believed she knew what she was doing following my request.When treatment finished I had dark red hair darkened foils and a cost of $272 instead of quoted price of $182.. when I checked previous emailed cost of $182 it had to been changed on email to $272 after 2nd treatment given.on the day.I went home wasn't happy with cost or hair outcome I returned to hairdresser told her I wasn't happy. She then washed toner out, advised me I wasn't clear of what I wanted. After I clearly told her I wanted a few more blonde foils and root tip colouring only nothing else thus was clarified on appt making time and day of actual treatment. No refund offered post washing out toners which dulled my hair treatmentI was thoroughly disappointed with outcome of hair and obvious lack of following my instructions of what I wanted. Had my first appointment and will be re attending here. Girls very nice, gave me just I wanted, and was half the price of previous hair dresser. Excellent girls.

My hair style was lovely, the girls were friendly. The ONLY reason I give it a 3 is because a product was used on my hair that I'm allergic to (no one made me aware of what they were using when they put the products on me) and on the day of my BroInLaws WEDDING.. I ended up with HIVES all over my face, head, neck, shoulders!!. Thankfully it only being sprayed on my hair I wasn't aware till later in the evening that I'd started going red.

My client receives freindly service and they do a good job of her hair. My partner also get his hair done here and its good .

Recently had my hair cut at Mundijong Hair. Lovely lady & she did just as I wanted. Good price too.
