This nail salon is absolutely disgusting and horrible costumer service. My friends and I went in this afternoon for sets of acrylics. As soon as we walked in, the staff were instantly rude. Instead of acrylics, they painted our nails (we paid for acrylics) The staff were super rude, talking about us and laughing. They cut my fingers and were super rough. They yelled at my friends and I for talking and it was a super rushed job. The paint chipped of within hours after I had them done and I ended up just ruining it. Such a waste of $50. If I could get this place 0 stars I would. Revolting.

Got SNS on real nails. Lady did a very professional job and cleaned up around the edges and nail too. Loved the colour too

Had my nails done here today, horrible job. The pink sns I chose was a baby pink colour and it had black dots throughout the whole thing. The ans was so think and un even colour. It took 1 and a half hours to fix. They charged full price, will not be coming back.

Had a manicure and pedicure yesterday. The lady who did the pedi was lovely. The lady who did the manicure was clearly wanting it over ASAP. Very slap dash and rushed and charged $110 for the privilege. On checking their website she overcharged. Not good value.

I’ve been using these services for several years now, including taking my 90+ yr old mother with me. The ladies are very nice, professional, friendly, and do not make you feel like you’re being rushed in and out. My mother loved getting her nails done there. Her skin was fragile, nails brittle, and she was treated with all manner of care and concern, and respect. It’s a good place. I will continue to use them regularly.

The staff is pretty much rude, they keep the customer in front and talk bad about them in their language very intruding and unacceptable.Their are impatient in showing the customers more available colours , I had a experience of lady slamming nail pallets on table just because I asked her twice to show more colors.I was calm during entire service their I could have got up slammed in same way . I waited that she would atleast apologise but lady didn’t do .My service was also not done perfectly she didn’t do finishing touch.They have pretty much bad rating because of their behaviour as read by me (previous reviews)when I am writing my review, it shows that they continue the same behaviour towards all customers. I want you people to know that we are not paying you money to get this ill treatment free along with nails. Hope this would be taken on serious note.

Worst nail salon. Unhygienic. Using the same gloves on multiple people while touching everyone’s feet. The nail lady who is older just did a males pedicure and her gloves are all wet because she has been touching his feet and scrubbing his heel and the she goes ahead and touches my feet with the wet gross gloves. . To get new customers they will kick you out while nails still need drying. Never going back to the salon again worst experience and waste of money.

pretty disappointed. came in for pedi mani and shellaclady who did my pedicure actually cut off a layer of my skin next to my nail. it was so painful, and worst thing was that she didn't realise, and tried to go back to cut off more skin, at which point I had to intervene. it's been in pain all day.upon further inspection, I can see that she has cut off layers of skin in other areas too, but not as large and painful as the first one.also, she tried to forcefully twist my toe, which was actually REALLY uncomfortable toooverall the shellac was uneven. some nails there is a big gap between the nail and nail bed / skin (?), other nails there's shellac on my skin.lady who did my finger nails was really passive aggressive and rude.would not come back, not worth the price either.Diamond nails downstairs are way more professional and hold a higher standard for the same price. shame we got our nails done spontaneously, and couldn't make a booking with them

I usually don't give reviews but the lady that did my nails today was so rude and had absolutely no manners, if I could give this business 0 stars I would. She rolled her eyes at me many times when she was doing my nails and she would stop doing her job as soon as I started talking to my friend who was also doing her nails with me, she expected me to sit there and not talk until she's done. I can't believe I paid 70 dollars for this ridiculous service.

Loved this suggestion from the lady who did my nails. The colour was really nice although I wasn’t sure but I am extremely in love with this. Anyway, she missed a part of one of fingers and all the nails are not same. Some of them are bright and some of them are light. But all over was a good experience.
