Service Department too busy to look at critical engine alert alarms in LC79. They recommend to wait in the service department all day with no guarantee they can plug in the diagnostic and let me know if the error is critical. Wanted me to pay up front. Legendary Toyota service ...nuh. Entitled, greedy rude staff...yes. Except for Mandy

After ordering a Camry in Dec 2021 we were advised that approx delivery would be Aug 2022. The sales person advised that he was calling people with orders monthly to provide updates. During our wait time we received 0 phone calls. I had to call the sales person twice to check how our order was progressing. Last time I spoke to them over the phone in June 2022 I was told there is a further 12 month wait. I said my family would discuss and asked what the process was to cancel the order if we made that decision. He advised to email. 2 weeks on from that phone call, after emailing twice I have not heard back from the sales person to even confirm our cancellation. Would have been a great opportunity for them to see if we would be interested in a buying a preowned car instead or if there was anything further they could do for us.

Extremely rude staff. First they will insist that they don’t offer discount when you haven’t asked for it. For them if you are calling from Melbourne that means you are looking for discount. Then they never endup sending price.Sales Person: Amelio

Great place to get your car.Went in on Saturday seeking to know what is in stock and available, dealt with Chelsea and such a great experience.Pickup up a brand new car on the Tuesday afternoon.Very chill experience, no pressure and was really able to sharpen the pencil for me.Dealt with them by phone in person and have had follow-up calls etc all smooth, professional and polite.On point and pleasing experience given I'm able to compare to the new car buying experience from 5 other dealers across 3 other brands. By far the better experience and now I truly do appreciate what the whole 'Oh what a feeling' thing is all about.

Put a deposit down on a RAV4. Unfortunately 1 to 2 years wait on the hybrid model. At least I can cancel if my situation changes. Friendly service from staff.
