Priceline Pharmacy Browns Plains

Had a great experience here today - was served by Carly in the makeup area who went out of her way to ensure I got the exact foundation to match my skin. She was very easy to chat to, had great product and store knowledge and made a daunting task much easier. I love shopping for all my cosmetics at Priceline because of the variety, rewards system and the personal staff interactions while in store really make it for me! Thank you Carly :)

I would like to say the service I received at Browns Plains was phenomenal, Rachael went above and beyond to help me. I will definitely be making this my go to store. Other Priceline stores could take a lesson from the girls here.

I have a work event coming up and I don't wear make-up because of my sensitive skin. Today Bron at Browns Plains Priceline in the Grand Plaza is amazing. She really gets to know you and has recently completed a diploma in make-up to keep up with the latest hints and tips to help her clients. She doesn't force you to buy product but more importantly what you need in your kit. I want to do my make-up myself as the event will be the day after and she knows my skin.She wrote down the order to do things as the event is next month which was really a help. Thanks Bron.You really took the time to show me from scratch and the money I spent on the glamour make-up package for $60 was returned to me as I brought the things I needed. Make-up from Bron at Priceline Browns Plains is the best for me. Will be back soon for more. She really takes the time with you to make sure you are happy.

Retail Manager Rebecca does not have customer service skills. She is condescending and talks to customer with disrespect. She doesn't believe when customer said on-line booking page didn't asked for the voucher code. When something is not right, the first thing she assumes is customer didn't do it right. Why not you check that Priceline provides link on the voucher that redirect to web page (attached) with nowhere to enter the Flu Vaccine voucher code. And also, it is not right to put a customer aside and serve the rest of the queue for her stupid assumption. When she can't put voucher code on-line, she just write down the code on the form. She could have done it at the first place.

I spent a lot of money on facial products and never would have done that if it wasn't for Claire. Claire took the personal time with me to listen what I wanted and gave me the right products for my needs. She even checked for my allergies. Great advice. It was the personal attention and time Claire spent with me that impressed me. I can already see a difference in my skin in just a few short weeks. Claire is the best! A great asset to your company. I will not go to anyone else for advice except Claire. Thank you Claire! I will keep going back to buy my products there because of Claire.

Browns Plains Priceline Pharmacy is not a great place and the workers there don't care about customers and they discriminate their customers and assume things without evidence. As soon as I walked in they came straight to me and didn't leave my side until I left the store. Told me I wasn't aloud in the store after this visit anymore due to stealing last time" when I know for a fact I didn't steal at all

The staff here are amazing and so friendly. They were so patient with me when my afterpay app did not want to work and it was just after close. Thank you for you the help.

Most amazing & helpful staff! I went today for my Astra Zeneca Vaccine & everyone made me feel super welcome & didn’t try rush me out the door. 100% recommend coming here!

Impeccable customer service! The staff were very polite and accommodating. Especially the pharmacist Sherley, who was very polite and helpful and even reminded things to be done that even I didn't knew had to be done. Keep up the good work.
