John's Furniture Removals

We used Johns Furniture Removals mainly because they were located between our old and new home. We have used around six Furniture removalists in the past 12 years, some very good, others not so good. John's would have to rate right up there from the great service from the office to the guys in the truck. I have been in business for over 40 years and these guys certainly have nothing to learn about great customer service. The icing on the cake was how they put us at ease after our initial settlement was delayed over 24 hours. They came back the next day after leaving our stuff on their truck overnight and not charging us much extra in costs.

Highly recommend John's Furniture Removals. Friendly and efficient admin staff and exceptionally fast and thorough removalists. The quickest move we have ever had in 30+ degree heat. The guys were hard working and had a great attitude. We will definitely use this service again.

LEGENDS!!!! From our initial phone call through to the execution on the day the service was 110%. Hands down the best removalist we have ever used. The communication was excellent. The entire team as we had 5 men were professional on site. We were worried as settlement was late and we didn’t want to hold the boys up but they were happy to wait and kept reassuring us it wasn’t our fault. No damaged goods, no breakages. Complete professionalism by this entire team. They really worked as a team and you could see that which was refreshing. Thank you to you all for an outstanding job and helping us- even in the rain!!!!! We most definitely will recommend your services to anyone needing a reliable, friendly and professional service. Oh and the price was extremely fair and worth every cent. Thanks boys.

I recently did a major relocation from the Sunshine Coast to Brisbane and word of mouth recommendations led me to John's Furniture Removals. I was extremely happy with the level of service everyone gave me at JFR. Everyone was a pleasure to deal with and my belongings were treated with care and respect. I was also pleasantly surprised at the price, given I paid for pre-packing as well as the removal.
