Ideally my testimonial would read like this - JUST. DO. IT.However, I understand that elaboration is required. If you are considering engaging a business coach, I cannot recommend Lauren highly enough. When I hired Lauren, I only had a couple of years under my belt as a small business owner and I knew I needed help - but I also convinced myself that there was no way I could afford it.But I booked a discovery call anyway, just to prove to myself that I it wouldn't be worth it. On that call, I found Lauren so fun and authentic and energising and down to earth that I knew I wanted her immediately. So I found the money and embarked on 12 sessions of hard work. My main goals were to make my business more profitable, to improve the operational side of running a small business and to become more savvy at doing business.I learned SO VERY MUCH about all these things and am well on the way to seeing an increase in sales and profits. As for the operational and business savvy I wanted - because of my time with Lauren, I rebranded my business, and website, coordinated and cleaned up my service offerings, set myself up on an e-marketing provider and created a range of targeted marketing tools (after learning about my target audiences more clearly), and reassessed and re-worked all of my key business documentation.I cannot stress this enough - if you need help.
