We had a really great holiday at Avoca sands! The house is in a great location - super close to the beach, shops, park and tennis courts. The house itself is lovely and there is plenty of room for everyone - would highly recommend a stay here!

Our stay at Avoca Sands was perfect for our large family gathering. The house was spotless and well equipped with everything we needed. The location is awesome with a playground, tennis courts and oval literally next door, cafes behind and the beach a short walk up the street. Communication was quick and helpful. Thank you Sandy! A highly recommended place to stay for a relaxing holiday.

This is a fabulous beach house, clean and tidy and able to accommodate our big family. It was just a great holiday because of the location. Everything within walking distance cafes, restaurants and convenience stores. We took our sup boards and the kids enjoyed the lake and beach.

Couldnt fault this place! We had a big group and were able to stay super comfortably (13 of us), 2 families. Worked well with the downstairs area and upstairs.Two seconds to everything, beach, shops, playground, park, lake... amazing.Highly recommend

We loved our getaway at Avoca Sands! Perfect house for a couple of families or large group. Very clean and had everything we needed. The location is amazing for families...less than a minutes walk to the beach, shops, playground, & cafes. We can’t wait to come back!

I stayed at the beautiful Avoca Sands holiday house with a large group of 14 people. It easily accommodated us all, the kitchen has everything you could need and there is so much space in the living areas and huge dining table. We were lucky to have the Avoca markets on the Sunday we stayed there so the atmosphere was fantastic on Sunday with live music and market stalls next door. The rest of the time spent there we were so close to the water and to local cafes and restaurants. So much to do! We loved it, highly recommend!

Awesome place to stay. Lovely house, which easily accommodated our three families. Super close to cafes, shops and beach with everything you need for a great, easy, fun holiday. Kids loved roaming from the beach to the playground to the tennis courts. Adults loved close proximity to great cafes and sipping g and t’s with ocean views on the balcony.
