I am very glad that I chose Homes by CMA as my builder. It has been difficult time in past two years for building industry due the rising cost. It's a challenge for both the builder and owners who want to build homes.CMA was introduced by one of my neighbors in my street as they built with them back 2019. They spoke highly of their transparency, quality and service. After doing some homework and visiting a few CMA sites, I was very confident when I went with CMA.This was not my first time building, as I built with one of big project builders in QLD and I had a horrible experience. Just name a few, hidden price, cheap quality, horrible communication from admin and site supervisor and it took ages to fix defects in the following 2 years.However, the experience of building with CMA is stress free. The whole process was very smooth, from the intial consultations with Nikki and Paul, as they made everything clear and upfront, so we had no worries of hidden cost. They were very precise in all the changes we've made. During the color selection, Steph was very knowledgeable and attention to detail. As we have a tight budget, she gave us a lot of suggestions when choosing colors and specs. Now the house is completed and it turned out to be a great outcome and we like it very much. (My last build with the project builder, the color selection experience is bad, the consultant had no interest in helping us, just rushing us to finish)Most importantly, the build process is impressive as we have an amazing site supervisor Patrick and client liaison officer Telia. We were informed with weekly updates and their response is very prompt and we never need to chase. We were strss free in this time. We were informed whenever there is any issue arise and Patrick handled it very well and always willing to assist. His problem solving skills are 10 out of 10.Lastly, if you want to know more a about building, please watch Chris's Podcast at CMA's Youtube channel. You will be impressed by his knowledge.If you are in SEQ area and thinking of building..I highly recommend Homes by CMA.

We were nervous to build considering the horror stories we’d heard but building with CMA was the most pleasant surprise. Our house was done so much quicker than we expected and the quality is outstanding. Any families looking to build a beautiful four bedroom at an affordable price, I can’t recommend the endeavour enough. Our site supervisor was helpful and professional and our contact in the office, Tammy, provided clear and consistent updates throughout the entire build.Our house is a dream come true. Also recommend paying a little extra for the Hamptons facade if building the Endeavour. It is absolutely worth every cent.

CMA have delivered our home in the toughest of times with build time right on time frame and in budget. Andrew our site supervisor has great eye for detail. Tammy , office communications was wonderful to deal with…. Very attending and kept us up todays with all stages. All in all we are loving our location and build. Go CMA builders.

We approached Homes By CMA to build our 4 bedroom house. They were extremely helpful from the get go. The biggest thing I noticed from the early stages of designing the house, through to getting the keys to our home, was how well they communicated. They would send us weekly updates, made us feel comfortable, and were always friendly. I also want to give a massive shoutout to Rob - he was our supervisor, always communicated, always had an epic energy, and I felt I could trust him completely! Thank you Rob and Homes by CMA

We are going to have our house handed over in 2 days time.Our journey with CMA was nothing but amazing. Considering the difficult times, floods, and sharp increases in the prices of construction, CMA has done a great job.We would like to particularly mention about inclusions. The standard inclusions that CMA offered are categorised as Add ons/upgrades" by other builders. To me that is pretty amazing. We loved it.Our supervisor was amazing. During our inspection we never needed to pick up anything to be fixed. He did it all himself to the extent that we would have missed those small things quite easily.CMA deserve nothing less than a 5 star. Thank you CMA."

Only thing I gave 5 star to CMA because they hand over the house completed and finished in good quality. Despite seeing many builders collapsed CMA survived and finished the work. Sales/Design experience was amazing with consultant Simon. And building process not went well for me with delays that can be avoided if planned well. Site supervisors kept on changing during build process and build time was delayed. Last site supervisor Chris was very supportive and handed over the house neatly.

Just finished building with CMA for the second time. Initially I was dealing with Simon there sales consultant who is based out of there New Port display. I was building on the southside but it was great to deal with him and consult on the whole designing process of the house. He has a great knowledge. Met Chris personally at one of the home shows and he was very well aware about my site plans and what I was planning to achieve with my build.I was lucky to get CMA's best Site Supervisor Angelo P. who is super hands on and had clear communication at all times during the build process. The best part of Angelo is his attention to detail. Yes, there was a delay in the build but this was no fault of CMA, it was a industry wide issue during COVid and after floods last year. BTW Tammy is the hidden Superstar behind Angelo ;)Aftersales has been great so far, Any issue that I raise with maintenance is dealt in a professional manner.Last but not least - Will I ever build with Homes by CMA again?YES..... Yes...They nailed it the first time, the second time..... Third time will have to wait for the market to cool down (I just want to deal with the same team again)

By far the best builder in Queensland.Delivered our home in the toughest of times and at the same budget that we signed with. Angelo, our site supervisor did every thing possible to get the top quality. Changes on the fly or adjusting things himself, he didn't say no to anything that was possible to do.The Reason CMA is best because:1. Upfront cost !!2. All their sub-contractors are happy and paid regularly.3. With custom designs, they know what is good for your house and will give you best solution.4. They don't take shortcuts to save money, they will do what meets the standards and quality.5. Excellent design and color selection team who guides you6. The site supervisors have full control and Chris backs them up.7. Young team, who are highly motivated and happy in their job, resulting in so many happy customers.I just cant wait to build my next home and I will request for the same team again.

We built our first home with CMA, they made it such a smooth experience for us. We were grateful for guidance through our build process from the custom design to a choosing our upgrades.We loved the flexibility CMA offered, we were able to achieve a beautiful home within budget and have the design features we desired.Angelo was our site supervisor and he was amazing, we would definitely request him in the future!Thank you CMA!

We started our new home experience with a dangerous incident where a 12kg blind fell down onto my two-year-old son, nearly killing him. Despite notifying CMA of the incident, the matching blind which the manufacturer confirmed was constructed poorly, still hangs. Regrettably, the situation has not improved 6 months on.It is possible that if one lacks an eye for quality or attention to detail, they may find CMA satisfactory. However, we held the expectation of quality craftsmanship and were gravely disappointed by what we received.Throughout the initial stages of sales, Paul and Nikki demonstrated exceptional care and communication. However, once we finalised the contract, we felt cast off and reduced to just another number within the system.The subsequent communication was utterly abysmal. In my own business, I work overtime to ensure that customers never experience what I endured over the past 18 months with CMA. The service and communication we received were so subpar that it almost appeared intentional. The tremendous stress, anxiety, and depression caused by the poor service were palpable within our home.Moving forward to the completion and handover stage, we encountered no improvement. During the inspection, we were dismissively informed that some of the issues we pointed out were essentially the best they could be. We even had a maintenance man tell us the giant crack down our cathedral ceiling was probably going to get worse, so they’ll come back and repair it right before our warranty period end instead of now, so they don’t have to come back again!!? And that it was always happens because of how it was constructed!! We were shocked.The bathroom cabinetry has swelled after only a few months, tiles are chipped on our splash back and so poorly installed, tiles are chipped in our bathroom and the tiler has tried to cover all the chips with grout, a cracked stone bench in kitchen, the most ridiculous silicon job under the baths, glue and pen marks seen around almost all bathroom fittings, the worst plastering job on our alfresco ceiling, a substantial roof leak, a poorly installed garage door that poses a potential dangerous hazard, plumbing problems that cause loud banging noises whenever taps, hoses, dishwashers, showers, or washing machines are utilized, the roof has a leak that floods the linen cupboard and floor every time it rains, a list a mile long. Despite numerous emails requesting these matters to be addressed, a lengthy list of workmanship-related issues still remains unresolved, notwithstanding the danger some of the issues pose.While Chris appears to be a competent builder with a commendable vision, I believe that his values have not effectively permeated through to the contractors and his team, given that the experience and final product of our home does not align with the perfection and quality he often promotes on social media. I am certain that if Chris himself were to review the images I have shared of the quality we’ve received, he would be deeply dismayed.Thus, in terms of recommending CMA as a builder, I must acknowledge that their designs initially captivated us and our facade is beautiful (but of course, it's seen from the street, so particular attention was spent here). However, when it comes to high-quality construction, our experience fell woefully short. Moreover, the level of communication and customer service provided by CMA was the most unsatisfactory I have ever encountered.Would I pick CMA to build again, absolutely not. It has been, and continues to be, a gruelling experience.Sort reviews by 'Lowest' and many of them say the exact same thing. A lot of them are all recent.
